Order Fulfillment
The MaxiFi and Maximize My Social Security financial planning tools are available online through their respective websites. For renewing customers with existing accounts, access is granted through the existing account. New customers will need to set up an account to access the software. Simply follow the instructions in the email you'll receive shortly after purchase. Our software and services do not include any products that need to be shipped.
Consulting services are fulfilled through the arrangement between the customer and company consultant, and the consultant will email the customer within 1 business day of completion of these consultation orders to begin a conversation about this arrangement.
Cancellations
MaxiFi does not sell any auto-renewable subscription services, so cancellation of services is not required to keep a license from being renewed.
Refunds
Customers will generally receive a refund for products and services if requested within 30 days of purchase. The customer needs to provide, in writing, a reason for dissatisfaction with the product or service by way of support ticket or website contact form. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion.
